TS: Who and what are your biggest influences when it comes to your personal style?
GG: Serena Vanderwoodsen from Gossip Girl, of course! I also love looking in magazines to see what’s popular and how I can adjust my closet.
TS: Where are your favorites places to shop on and offline?
GG: There are a few cute boutiques where I live in Fairhope, Alabama; online I like Old Navy for casual work at home clothes, Lululemon for workouts, and Aerie for cute skirts and tops. Of course, when I’m ready to invest – I like to go Anthropologie, or Goop.
TS: Three most favorite things in your closet?
GG: My white peasant skirt, my casual frayed jeans, my Stella Mcartney cheetah backpack.
TS: Describe your style in 5 words or less?
GG: Please don’t require a bra.
TS: What is your power word for 2020?
GG: GLOW.
TS: What trends are you looking forward to trying this year?
GG: Writing books for high end clients, professionally; style wise… cute blue jean shorts, white tops and heels with statement turquoise.
TS: 3 books are on your quarantine reading list?
GG: “Men are from Mars, Women are From Venus”, “The Path to Love”, “Girl Stop Apologizing.”
TS: Favorite song right now?
GG: “Upgrade You”, Beyonce – the perfect Manifestation song.
TS: What piece of style advice has stuck with you your whole life?
GG: If you feel uncomfortable in the dressing room, you won’t ever wear it.
TS: How are you maintaining your style and your sanity during this unprecedented time?
GG: Dressing everyday, and getting online and showing off the new digs.
